We offer complete and complimentary in-house insurance assistance. From the beginning, our staff will obtain a quote of benefits and costs before scheduling any appointments. If TMS is appropriate for you, we will get a prior authorization for TMS treatments from your insurance company. You will be given an estimate of your total costs based on insurance coverage and benefits before you commit to a course of treatment. From your first contact with our team, our staff will walk you step by step through the process and will work directly with your insurance company for your convenience.

In-house insurance/billing assistance means that you will never be stuck on the phone talking to someone you have never met in the lower 48 about your billing statements.
