Covid-19

TMS Treatments Have Resumed

The True North TMS team has resumed TMS treatments as of May 4th, 2020 with strict safety protocols in place. Dr. Telford is available for in-person appointments as well as telemedicine when appropriate or requested.

We request that all patients fill out a COVID-19 Patient Questionnaire and Waiver  within 24 hours of your in-person visits with Dr. Telford. This form can be found under CLIENT FORMS and can be electronically and securely submitted online. This is not required for your daily TMS treatment sessions.

We do ask that all patients continue to wear masks in public/shared spaces per CDC guidelines.

We will continue to update our policies to provide you  excellent care safely during these ever changing pandemic times

COVID-19 Safety Protocols

In an effort to reduce the spread of Covid-19, we have safety protocols in our clinic since we resumed TMS treatments as of May 4, 2020. Please familiarize yourself with our new safety measures before returning to the clinic.
All patients and staff will be required to wear masks. Masks will be provided if you do not have your own.

Daily Temperatures will be taken for staff and patients.

Treatment rooms and high traffic areas will be fully sanitized between each patient.

Technicians and providers will wear gloves during each treatment.
At the time of appointment, technicians will greet patients at the door. For your safety, the outside door is locked so no patient interaction occurs in the waiting room. You will be escorted in personally.
No family members/friends are able to join for treatment at this time to minimize exposure levels.
Telemedicine appointments are still available for medication management and follow ups with your provider as needed.
In an effort to help mitigate the spread of the Corona virus Pandemic, we are asking that patients and staff, to follow the advice of the Department of Health and Center for Disease Control.

If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms.....

..... such as fever, cough, sore throat, difficulty breathing, muscle aches, headache, shaking chills, new loss of taste or smell, OR have been exposed to a COVID-19 positive individual, call your Primary Care Provider for a Covid testing referral.
