The True North TMS team maintains standard safety protocols during your TMS treatments.

Dr. Telford is seeing all patients in-person.  Telemedicine  may be an option when requested and appropriate.

We do ask that if you are sick  that you notify staff so that your appointment can be rescheduled.

COVID-19 Safety Protocols

Treatment rooms and high traffic areas are  fully sanitized between each patient.
Telemedicine appointments may be available for medication management and follow ups with your provider on a case by case basis.
In an effort to help mitigate the spread of the Corona virus Pandemic, we are asking that patients and staff, to follow the advice of the Department of Health and Center for Disease Control.

If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms.....

..... such as fever, cough, sore throat, difficulty breathing, muscle aches, headache, shaking chills, new loss of taste or smell, OR have been exposed to a COVID-19 positive individual, please refer to the CDC websites regarding current recommended isolation and exposure protocols. CDC.GOV
